My tenant and I met Nolan from Pest-X at our rental townhouse for his assessment, evaluation, explanation, and timeframe of his work to deal with the German Roaches my tenant had found in the kitchen area. Nolan was very thorough and tried to ease the anxiety of my tenant with regards to the treatment he would use. He answered all our questions and then completed his work. He will come back to do a follow up in a month to ensure the bug problem has been resolved. Thank you.
