Zach is great. He has knowledge, experience, and a great attitude. I have a hard time letting him get back to his job because he’s so fun to chat with. He’s extra good to my dog, who loves him. He sprays with the dog in mind and is sure to tell me where he sprays. He checks the glue traps and always goes above and beyond on a regular service call. Will continue our services with Pest-X because Zach is so wonderful.

I have been a pest x customer since 2003. I have had several properties serviced for pest control, wildlife issues, termite bonds , sump at a rental and an upcoming drainage system with sump pump and mosquito control.

I have worked with the inside staff and many technicians. Everyone has always been attentive to my concerns and responded quickly.

Austin was phenomenal. He was very friendly and professional. He removed a fairly large nest from the most aggressive breed of wasps. He used all safety precautions and shared knowledge that I found not only very interesting but very useful for the future. He was excellent!! I love when I find a service company that actually satisfies my need AND has amazing employees to go with it.
