Tyler notifies us when he will arrive. He takes his time & is respectful. Our house is difficult because we have a lot of trees & impossible to reach areas.

My partner and I had an encounter in our living room with what I can only describe as a nightmare with wings and an attitude; the service tech, Chris, called it a hornet. Chris came out to inspect our attic and crawlspace for any potential nests. Luckily, nothing was found and Chris was very informative on the overall inspection. He explained the type of services that would be beneficial for our specific issues (didn't feel I was being oversold on unnecessary services). Overall, I'm happy with the inspection and would feel confident in any services provided by this company.

I had an excellent experience with Conner from Pest X! He called before arriving, which I really appreciated, and took the time to ask if there were any specific problem areas that needed attention. Conner offered to spray inside the house, garage, and shed, which was super thorough. He was very respectful throughout the entire process. After finishing the job, he followed up with a detailed text message letting me know how everything went. He assured me that the house, yard, and surrounding areas looked great and there were no problem spots requiring extra attention.
