That all changed when the tech arrived.

I had a large nest of paper wasps in the attic, decided to try using Pest-X as I wasn't prepared to get swarmed. I gave them a call and had a very pleasant conversation and I was on the books immediately. Austin come out to deal with the wasps nest and he made very quick work of it. He showed up on time, was extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable. I would absolutely reach out again for any pest related problem.
