First impressions of Andrew were certainly positive. My appointment was at 2:30, but around 1 pm he called me saying that he was in the area, and gave me the option to be seen earlier to save some of my afternoon. Very kind and professional to think ahead like this. He was very respectful of our home and my family. It was informative learning from him, things that are helpful to know about pests, and patterns, and such. Andrew is a great communicator, and our interaction was pleasant!
