Dylan Doby did an EXCELLENT job today when he came to our home to do bait station examination for termites. What a polite and professional young man. He did such a thorough examination that I was completely surprised because no one else had ever taken that much time with our home, or to explain what they had done. I recommend that you train all your employees to behave in a manner that Dylan did. I would love to have him be the one to come out to inspect our bait stations every time!
