Have been on continuous service with Pest-X for a couple years now, but them coming through today big-time made me realize I finally needed to write a review. I forgot to confirm an appointment for a new issue and they came through and got someone out same-day when it really mattered and schedules were tight. Can’t recommend them enough. Rich came out today and I’ve worked with him a few times now - can’t give him enough positive feedback.

Even though it was pouring freezing rain they came and did our termite inspection. Very professional and polite.
