Nicholas Faw is awesome! He is so patient and professional. I feel that I got great service today and am happy. He services my 93 yr old grandmother's home also and breaks down what he is doing and why. She raved about him so much that I switched to pest x also!

Nicholas Faw from PestX Exterminating came to my house today and did a through job of spraying for pests. He is a personable and professional tech.

He asked me right off if I had any pets as he wanted to safeguard them from the spray if I desired.

After greeting me at the door he promptly went about spraying my house, garage and outside foundation and finally giving me an assessment of ways I could help prevent the bugs from entering, or worse damaging my hse.

The tech came out in bad weather and checked all bait locations. He was knowledgeable and answered my questions about the visit today as well as my upcoming scheduled treatments.
