Recently had an issue where my landscaper had worked around my termite bait stations. Pest-X mentioned several were damaged somehow during their recent inspection.

I appreciate their branch manager Chris Fountain calling me and offering to fix the stations at no additional charge to me especially when I didn’t damage them. I didn’t think that was fair and neither did Pest-X. Thank you Pest-X!

Started using Pest-X when we purchased our home. The home did have bug issues when we first moved in, but since Pest-X has been our service provider, we have not had any issues.

Andrew, from the Burlington office, has provided excellent service and is incredibly thorough. He will always take the time to answer questions and offer suggestions to further reduce the risk of infestation. We have been so happy with his service, we will use Pest-X for some of the other services they provide.
