Matthew from PetX in Winston Salem did a fantastic job today with our routine service. In addition to spraying around the house for spiders and ants he knocked down all the spider webs from the eaves of the house and around the windows. I was amazed that he did this. Our back windows at up 2 stories so they are very hard to reach. I couldn’t thank him enough for this service. We are very satisfied with his work!

Recently had an issue where my landscaper had worked around my termite bait stations. Pest-X mentioned several were damaged somehow during their recent inspection.

I appreciate their branch manager Chris Fountain calling me and offering to fix the stations at no additional charge to me especially when I didn’t damage them. I didn’t think that was fair and neither did Pest-X. Thank you Pest-X!
