I called on April 11 at 8:00 am and spoke with Necol who was able to schedule Andrew to come to my home that morning within an hour or two. I appreciated the quickness, especially since I was already terrified of what may be in my attic that kept me up the night before. When Andrew arrived, he did an inspection and found what I thought was maybe a squirrel or raccoon was actually bats. I became overwhelmed and frightened and he reassured me that everything was okay. He even called his team, to make sure I would be schedule as soon as possible.
