James is #1 in my book! It's evident he enjoys his work, which is admirable. Janes has serviced my home for the past two years and I wouldn't have it any other way. He is responsible, reliable, friendly and personable. James applies the Pest-X treatment, as well removes webs from the overhangs. I'm so glad he likes bugs & rodents because I don't! It's because of James, my home IS my happy place.

He deserves the extra $10 because we want to keep him coming! "We love James"!!

I called yesterday and spoke with Vicki. She was very helpful and professional. She was able to set up an appointment to have a technician out to my house the next day. Tyler arrived on time, answered all of my questions, and did a very thorough job. Overall, a great experience.
