Although I have used Pest X for over 30 years, I rarely have a reason to call the office. It was pleasantly surprising when Vicki answered the phone and addressed me by name. She was able to quickly change the scheduled quarterly and was very accommodating.

I contacted Pest-X to help remove what I thought was yellow jackets or hornets. Wonderful experience from speaking with customer service and meeting Chris. It turned out to be Cicada Killers and Chris was extremely helpful teaching me about them and what they actually do for the environment. I got close enough to see it, with Chris standing by me lol. I will definitely be called Chris if I ever do need hornet or wasp removal
