I received a termite inspection and general pest treatment. From the beginning, I reached out via their website and received a call back the same day. Services were explained by the customer service representative (Sherry) very well, Scheduling was very smooth and signing documents were electronic and straight forward. They even were willing to get me in the very next day! But due to my schedule I scheduled for a week later. Another plus about scheduling was their time frame to come out was only 1 HOUR!! So I didn’t have to sit and wait all day for someone to come out.
