Andrew was awesome! He patiently explained everything that was happening with the European hornets that were invading my air conditioning unit and making a repair impossible. He took care of them quickly and made sure they wouldn’t just move to another hole nearby.
Andrew has a vast knowledge and love of the dynamics of insects, their patterns, behaviors and abilities, and with this knowledge can help mitigate the problems we have with them!
Not essential but nice, Andrew was great with my dogs and they loved him. 😊
