Andrew came to my house for the pest inspection for the first time because we have mice problem and he did an excellent job. He is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He would explained everything to me while he was doing inspection to make sure I understand what's going on. He spent time to take pictures and videos while he was inspecting in the crawl space in order to show me the problems. He literally spent almost 3 hours at the job. Can't be anymore detail than that. He even cleaned the spider webs all around my house. Now I know I made the right choice to call Pext-X.
