Nolan came out and did a wildlife inspection for me. He called to let me know when he was on his way. He spent a good hour and a half inspecting the house for snakes and mice. He inspected the attic, basement, and outside area and pointed out many things I needed to know and made suggestions. He continued to make sure all my questions were answered and made sure I didn't have other questions. I felt very comfortable with him and appreciated that he didn't try to pressure me into purchasing anything. He gave me the info I needed so I could make that decision on my own.
