She explained warranty and regular service call contracts for me, and made it easy to understand all of my options. Dylan Doby did an EXCELLENT job today when he came to our home to do bait station examination for termites. What a polite and professional young man. He did such a thorough examination that I was completely surprised because no one else had ever taken that much time with our home, or to explain what they had done. I recommend that you train all your employees to behave in a manner that Dylan did. I would love to have him be the one to come out to inspect our bait stations every time!
