Ritchie spoke with my daughter, Chanel and provided her the options while I was in a meeting. I came out and he showed me the cover as well as giving me price options. I felt the prices are very reasonable and liked the vent cover. He was very respectful and kind, I loved that! The service was fast. I appreciate the care he took because I have a flower garden in the area where he had to get up there to do the work and there was no damage to anything.
