On the day of my service Matthew Michael was my technician. Upon arrival he determined that due to the nature of my property the planned mosquito service would not be as effective as hoped. That afternoon the manager Chris Fountain called to explain the situation and that he didn’t want to proceed with the service and charge me for something they did not feel would be as effective as planned.
