Reno came to my home today to investigate a pest issue that was supposed to have been solved last year by another technician. Reno quickly and accurately identified the problem and worked toward a resolution immediately.

That evening when any normal technician would have been done for the day, Reno emailed me to let me know he was continuing to figure out the gap in service.

The next day he called me back with a plan to resolve the problem promptly. I was impressed by the thorough follow up and excellent customer service Reno displayed.
