Nichols Faw was my technician. Nichols was very respectful to ask me if he needed to remove his shoes or cover his shoes before entering my home. He did a walk through of my home to check and show me where ants were coming in. I was impressed with how professional and knowledgeable of the preferred treatment to handle my ant problem. He took time to educate me on points of entry ants typically take to gain entry into homes. He explained how he would treat the outside perimeters around the house.
