My partner and I had an encounter in our living room with what I can only describe as a nightmare with wings and an attitude; the service tech, Chris, called it a hornet. Chris came out to inspect our attic and crawlspace for any potential nests. Luckily, nothing was found and Chris was very informative on the overall inspection. He explained the type of services that would be beneficial for our specific issues (didn't feel I was being oversold on unnecessary services). Overall, I'm happy with the inspection and would feel confident in any services provided by this company.
