I found Pest-X online and was promptly contacted by Zack Lowers who explained my options, pricing and process. He was able to schedule me quickly and so easy to work with. On the day of my service Matthew Michael was my technician. Upon arrival he determined that due to the nature of my property the planned mosquito service would not be as effective as hoped. That afternoon the manager Chris Fountain called to explain the situation and that he didn’t want to proceed with the service and charge me for something they did not feel would be as effective as planned.
